This special cannot be used in combination with additional discount offers. All online bookings require a 24 hour lead time. You need to give us 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to place your booking on our schedule. Same-day-arrival online bookings are not allowed. Please note that selected Treatments will be in a Group set-up.
Rescheduling Policies
Rescheduling within 3 days of your treatment date will result in a 25% forfeit of the full value of the booking, rescheduling within 2 days of your treatment date will result in a 50% forfeit of the full value of the booking and rescheduling within 1 day of your treatment date will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Cancellation on the day of a booking and/or ‘no-show’ will result in a 100% Forfeit of the full value of the booking
