When you book a full day package or a half day package or an individual foot and calf treatment you have the opportunity to experience our innovative chakra walk. Our chakra walk provides you with the ability to become more aware of your own chakras, what crystals are connected to the chakras and the colours. There are 7 chakras.
The 7 Chakras symbolize energy centres and correspond to a bundle of nerves, major organs, and areas of our spiritual body that impact our physical and emotional well-being. Upon your walk you will receive the explanation of the chakra and the healing element of the stone.
The crystals/ stones we use for the chakras are the following:
- Base Chakra: Red jasper: contribute to physical strength
- Sacral Chakra: Carnelian: stone of courage, endurance and energy- awakes your zest of life
- Solar Plexus: Citrine: Associated with positivity and optimism. Manifest financial abundance and opportunity.
